Men's Basketball Practice On Thursday Open To Public

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - The Marshall men's basketball team will hold an open practice on Thursday prior to the football opener against William and Mary at the Henderson Center.

Practice will begin at 4:15, and the team will hold an autograph session around 5:30, a half hour after the football team's Thunder Walk from the Henderson Center. A free 8 1/2 by 11 poster of the 2005-06 men's basketball team will be available for all of those who attend.

The Thundering Herd are closing out a 10-day practice period before a Labor Day weekend trip to the Bahamas, where Marshall will take on three Bahamian teams. Marshall opens the exhibition season on November 5th against West Liberty State in the Henderson Center.
