Marshall-Pittsburgh Baseball Cancelled

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - The Marshall-Pittsburgh baseball game, scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday at Trees Field in Pittsburgh, has been cancelled because of rain. It will not be rescheduled.

Marshall returns to the field at 2 p.m. Thursday, battling No. 1-ranked Rice in the first of a three game series. All three games will be contested at Appalachian Power Park in Charleston, W.Va. Tickets are on sale now for $7 and may be purchased through the Marshall Athletics Ticket office by calling 1-800-THE-HERD, logging on to www.herdzone.com or on game day at the gate.
