Marshall Volleyball Set To Host C-USA Showdown With Tulane

Senior outside hitter Kelly-Anne Billingy led the way for the Herd with 24 kills against Southern Miss, while freshman setter Elizabeth Fleming tallied 41 assists and had a match-high 18 digs in the win for the Herd. Sophomore outside hitter Kristin Marcum also contributed 11 digs against the Golden Eagles.
Senior outside hitter Stephanie Cahill, who recently broke into Marshall's top-five all-time kills category, has tallied a total of 212 kills so far in 2007, and has amassed 1,227 over her career to place her fourth on the Herd's all-time kills list. Cahill passed Kellie Beckelheimer-Hicks, who played for the Herd from 1988-91 and accumulated 1,208 kills over her career. Cahill is now just 14 kills shy of tying Bridget Repsher (1,241 kills) for the third-place spot.

In the match against SMU, outside hitter Sara Radosevic notched a match-best 18 kills and added 10 digs to highlight Tulane's 3-0 sweep of the Mustangs on Sept. 30. Vlaskovic tallied 15 kills and posted 12 digs to help lead the Green Wave to its 15th win of the season and a tie of the team's win total in 2006.
