CHARLESTON, W.Va. - The Marshall University baseball team hosts Conference USA rival Tulane for its Military Appreciation Weekend beginning Thursday, May 14-16 with each game set to begin at 2:05 p.m. ET at Appalachian Power Park. Anyone with a valid active Military ID will get into the ballpark free of charge.

The Thundering Herd will wear special camouflage jerseys during Saturday's series finale which will then be auctioned off online beginning at 8:00 a.m. ET on Monday, May 18 with bids starting at $100. The auction will close the following Monday at 8:00 a.m.

Saturday also marks senior day, at which time the program will recognize all five of its seniors for their achievements and dedication to Marshall baseball. Those seniors include Andrew Blain, Brandon Casamassima, Nate Lape, Brian Mooney and Adam Yeager. The ceremony will be highlighted by a video board tribute to the seniors. There will be an alumni cookout for current players and parents as well as former players and parents following the game.

Marco and the Marshall cheerleading squad will also be in attendance throughout the weekend.
