Herd Opens Conference Play at Kentucky

LEXINGTON, Ky. - The Marshall University men's soccer team opens up Conference USA play on Sunday night as they take on the first place and nationally ranked Kentucky Wildcats at 7 p.m. at the UK soccer complex.

Marshall (2-3-1) looks to avenge an opening round loss in the C-USA tournament to the Wildcats a season ago as UK defeated the Herd 4-2.

No. 22 Kentucky comes into the contest unbeaten at 5-0 and sitting at the top of the conference standings. This is the first conference game for both teams.
