Baseball Announces Walk-On Tryouts

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - The Marshall University baseball team announced that walk-on tryouts for the 2010-11 season will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 8.

Students planning to tryout out must be enrolled as a full-time student at Marshall. These individuals must come to the Cam Henderson Center, Room 2027, and meet with Assistant Compliance Director Erik Paz to fill out the appropriate paper work to be eligible to tryout. Each student also must have proper medical insurance documents and results from a sickle test. After those steps are completed, times will be set up for a physical with the Marshall team doctors.
