Baseball's Game Time and Location Changed at Cleveland State

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - The Marshall University baseball team will use a midweek tilt against Cleveland State as a final tune up prior to Conference USA play which begins this upcoming weekend versus the UAB Blazers. Tuesday's tilt with the Vikings will now take place at 3 p.m. at Pro Freight Stadium in Avon, Ohio.



Marshall enters the contest with an 8-11 record, while CSU sits at 5-11. Both squads took two-of-three over the weekend as the Herd defeated the St. Bonaventure Bonnies on two occasions and the Vikings beat Bowling Green twice.



Last Tuesday, CSU knocked off the Herd, 7-2, behind seven strong innings from starter Nate Dick, who earned the victory. Victor Ramos lined two hits and Nathan Gomez connected for a solo bomb in the loss.
