FSU Relays Up Next for Marshall Track and Field

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The Marshall University women's track and field team tackles its second outdoor meet of the season as the Thundering Herd is ready to partake in the FSU Relays at the Mike Long Track on the Campus of Florida State University.
The meet begins Thursday morning, March 23rd, and concludes on Sunday, March 26th.
At its first outdoor meet of the season, the Herd placed nine individuals in the Top-10 at the Bulls Invitational hosted by South Florida. Highlights included Jasia Richardson taking fourth in the triple jump, Amanda Kennedy placing fifth in the javelin, and Molly Grove finishing seventh in the weight throw.
The Herd has been training in the sunshine state for the week and will test itself against the top teams in the country. After the FSU Relays, MU has two weeks off before heading to Athens, Ohio, for the Ohio Women's Team Challenge.
