SMALL TALK
Quotes from coach Jeff Small
On the men's team
"Caleb Bowen had a breakthrough performance today with the fastest 8k race of his life by 20 seconds. The rest of the men's team had an off day. Hopefully they will run better next time out."
On the performance of the women's team
"Victoria Dent, Andrea Porter and Maddie Armstrong all had solid days, but the performance of the meet for the girl's team was Rachel Morris with a lifetime best in the silver race. She would have been our fourth-place runner in the blue race today."
UP NEXT
