Herd Concludes Play at Bearcat Invitational

HEBRON, Ky. - Marshall men's golf finished seventh at the Bearcat Invitational on Tuesday at Traditions Golf Club. Due to inclement weather conditions, the tournament was shortened from 54 holes to 36.
Redshirt sophomore Davey Jude (Kermit, W.Va.) shot a team-best 5-over-par 149 to lead the Herd after a 1-over 73 showing in the final round. As a team, Marshall carded a 22-over 598 for seventh place.
ON THE LEADERBOARD
Host Cincinnati claimed the team win with a 4-under 572 final score, nine strokes ahead of runner-up Eastern Kentucky (5-over 581). The Bearcats' Baxter Reeves took individual honors at 4-under 140.
