@HerdBaseball Announces Spring Hitting League

HUNTINGTON, W.Va.-- Marshall baseball has announced the dates for its spring hitting league Monday.

The Herd will offer four sessions that will focus on the art of hitting through drill work and evaluation of each participant's swing. In addition to general mechanics, areas of focus will be situational offense, bunting, and the mental aspect of hitting.

The sessions are available for children in grades K-8 from 6-7:30 p.m. and will be held in the Chris Cline Athletic Complex.

The cost is $100 for all four sessions, or $25 per session. Payment will be accepted in the form of cash or check on the day of each session.
