Day 1 Results
WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. -- Defending runner-up Logan Lagodich (Canton, Ohio) sits three strokes behind the leaders at the Greenbrier Collegiate Invitational with an even 140 for Marshall men's golf through two rounds on Monday at The Old White TPC.
Lagodich posted the best average through 36 holes on par 3s at 2-under 2.75, as well as on par 5s at 3-under 4.25. He and teammate Alex Weiss (Pickerington, Ohio) shot the second-most birdies of the day with nine each. Weiss led the team with a 2-under 68 in the second round.
As a group, the Herd is five strokes out of the lead in third place at 11-over 571, behind No. 37 ETSU and Eastern Kentucky.
ON THE LEADERBOARD
No. 37 East Tennessee State holds a one-stroke lead over Eastern Kentucky in first at 6-over 566. Three players lead the individual side: ETSU's Gudmund Kristjansson, Elon's Jonathan Dilanni and Eastern Kentucky's Jared Brown each carded 3-under 137.

"We played some good golf today. The guys got off to a great start this morning and faced some tough adversity as the day went on, but they really battled. Logan [Lagodich] played some great golf and Alex [Weiss] and Clark [Robinson] put together some consistent rounds. We got in the final pairing tomorrow and are playing with some great teams. It should be a great experience and I am looking forward to seeing them compete."
