IRVING, Tx. -- The Marshall football team landed in Dallas Monday evening and geared up for Conference USA Media Day Tuesday morning in the league's headquarters.
Marshall coach Doc Holliday, along with offensive lineman Michael Selby and defensive end Gary Thompson, will visit with various television, radio and print media throughout the session, highlighted by an 11:30 a.m. ET/10:30 a.m. CT live appearance on ESPN3. Thundering Herd fans should also keep their Twitter feeds locked to @HerdFB for Tuesday's images.
Conference USA’s social media platforms will also provide live updates throughout the day. Photos, notes and other information will be posted via Twitter (@CUSAFB) and on the Conference USA Facebook page and Instagram account. Fans may also join the social conversation throughout the day using the official hashtag #CUSAKickoff.
Television coverage previewing the upcoming season will be provided by the league’s television partners following The C-USA Kickoff. ESPN, ASN and beIN SPORTS will each have crews in Irving to shoot interviews that will be available on various platforms to preview the upcoming campaign.
