Men's Golf to Compete in Furman Intercollegiate

GREENVILLE, S.C. - The Marshall men's golf team will participate in the Furman Intercollegiate this weekend, March 24-26, at the par-72, 6,994-yard Furman University Golf Club. Furman University will be the host school.
Clark Robinson is fresh off of a 1-under-par individual championship win at the Kingsmill Intercollegiate, while the Herd finished seventh overall out of a field of 20 teams.
Marshall will be on of 21 teams that includes the hosts, Akron, Chattanooga, Clemson, Dartmouth, Francis Marion, Gardner-Webb, Georgia Southern, Harvard, James Madison, Presbyterian, Samford, Temple, USC Aiken, USC Upstate, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, Western Carolina, Wichita State, and Wofford.
Round one of the 54-hole tournament tees off on Friday morning at 8:30 a.m. ET with second round play slated for Saturday scheduled for the same time and final round action scheduled to begin with a 9:30 a.m. shotgun start on Sunday morning.
