@HerdTFXC Concludes Regular Season Saturday at Kentucky Relays

HUNTINGTON, W.Va.-The Marshall University track and field concludes its regular season on Saturday when it travels to Lexington, Kentucky for the Kentucky Relays. 11 schools including Marshall are scheduled to compete in the meet.
The Herd will hope to send athletes back to the University of Kentucky at the end of May for the NCAA Division I Outdoor East Preliminary Championships, the qualifying meet for the NCAA Championships.
Saturday's meet gets underway at 10 a.m. ET. The first event for Marshall athletes is at 10:40 a.m. in the 5,000 meter run. Freshman Abigail Short and junior Jane Jensen are scheduled to compete in the event.
The first throwers scheduled to compete are freshman Ericka Budd and sophomores Hasana Clark and Elena Marchand in the shot put at 11 a.m.
