QUOTES CENTRAL
Assistant Coach Caleb Bowen on the meet
"I feel really good about this meet on both sides. For the women, I loved the way they got out and competed. Madeline and Alexandra led the team and put themselves in a great position late in the race. Abigail ran the best race of her year as well which we really needed. The men ran tough as well. Alex and Nick ran great up front and Ryan had a great meet to be our number three man. It was a heck of a race from him when we needed it the most. Now, we need to work on closing the gap from two to three and we'll be right on track to accomplish our goals at conference."
"Overall, it was a good prep meet going into conference. Unfortunately, the times weren't there but that's cross country. It's all about the placing and I thought we competed really well. Now, bring on the Conference USA Championships."
