HUNTINGTON, W.Va. -- Marshall Baseball will host three annual winter camps in 2018-2019. The camps will vary in age ranges and skill development. Leading off will be the Elite Prospect Camp I on November 11. The camp is open to any and all entrants graduating in 2019-22 who wish to showcase their skillset for the Herd Baseball coaching staff. All participants must register by November 10 to participate.

Additionally, the Thundering Herd will offer a second prospect camp on January 19. Participants must register by January 18 to attend that clinic.

Participants will be evaluated in a pro-style workout and receive a written evaluation from the Marshall Baseball coaching staff. Attendees will have the opportunity to see campus, meet the coaches and interact with current players.

Herd Baseball will also host a Winter Youth Academy for two consecutive weekends on December 8-9 and 15-16. Participants must be in grades K through 8. This will be a teaching camp taking attendees through the fundamentals of hitting, defense, base running and pitching.

All camps will be held at the Chris Cline Indoor Athletic Facility (2263 3rd Ave., Huntington, WV 25703).
