The offense has been prolific with 35 goals in 2018, led by Alec Philippe who is tied for 13th in the nation with 11 goals. Stefan Rokvic is second with nine and Deri Corfe has seven. Joel Sundell has been the main player in the net. Sundell has a 0.95 goals against average (13 goals allowed) and has 41 saves. The Raiders defense has five shutouts this season.

Tuesday will be the 13th meeting between the two programs, a series history that dates back to 1987. Wright State leads the all-time matchup, 7-5. The Herd and the Raiders last met in Dayton, Ohio, in 2013. Wright State won 3-2 in overtime.

Following the match with the Raiders, Marshall hits the road for two Conference USA contests at New Mexico (Oct. 27) and South Carolina (Oct. 30). The match at South Carolina is the rescheduled date after the original contest was postponed due to Hurricane Florence in early Sept.
