HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Marshall men's basketball returns home to take on the Bluefield State Big Blues on Wednesday night at the Cam Henderson Center.

The Thundering Herd fell its latest contest to the Toledo Rockets on Sunday, 82-72, in Toledo.
Junior forward Mikel Beyers scored a career-high 13 points and grabbed a career-high nine rebounds in the loss.
Marshall is third in blocked shots per game with 6.9 rejections per contest.
Sophomore guard Taevion Kinsey leads Conference USA in assists per game 5.4 helpers per contest.
Junior guard Jarrod West is second in C-USA and 14th in the country in steals per game with 2.75 takeaways.
Redshirt junior Jannson Williams is 39th in the nation and second in C-USA with 2.25 blocks per game.
SCOUTING BLUEFIELD STATE
The Big Blues are 3-5 this season. The contest will against Marshall will count as an exhibition for Bluefield State.
BSC's Marquez Cooper leads the Big Blues in points per game (16.1) rebounds per game (6.3) and assists per game (4.0)
ANNUAL FOOD DRIVE GAME
This game will be the annual food drive game.
All Herd fans are encouraged to bring non-perishable canned food items to the game.
All donations will be given to the Marshall Food Pantry on campus.
Bring five (5) non-perishable canned food items to the game and receive one (1) free GA ticket. Limit one (1) free ticket per family. Additional friends and family tickets $8 each.
