DENTON, Texas – Herd men's basketball goes to North Texas for its final road game of the regular season on Sunday.
HAVE YOU HERD
Jon Elmore is five points away from becoming the all-time leader in Conference USA history.
LA Tech was on a 15-game win streak at home before being handed the loss.
Tonight was Marshall's first road victory since Jan. 5 at Charlotte.
Elmore passed Sam Henry for fifth most steals in program history and now has 161 career takeaways.
Elmore has made his last 22 free throws.
Marshall is 11-2 when leading at halftime this season.
The Herd is 12-1 when it scores more points in the paint.

SCOUTING THE MEAN GREEN
North Texas enters the matchup with a 20-9 record and is 8-8 in Conference USA action.
UNT is second in C-USA in scoring defense as it gives up only 61.9 points per game.
The Mean Green is fifth in field-goal percentage, 44.3 percent, while only holding teams to 40.5 percent from the field, third best in the conference.
UNT is on a five-game losing streak.
The Mean Green has held teams to a C-USA best 30.9 percent shooting from beyond the arc this season.

Ryan Woolridge does it all for the Mean Green as he's the team's, assist leader (135) and is second in scoring (12.1) and rebounding average (6.1). Woolridge also leads UNT with 45 steals this season.
