HAVE YOU HEARD?

Wednesday will mark the first time in program history that the Marshall football team will wear black helmets. The team first introduced black jerseys during the 2015 season. Two years later, black pants made their debut for the Thundering Herd.

PRE-GAME NOTES

Marshall enters Wednesday's game with a 3-2 record (0-1 Sun Belt). Head Coach Charles Huff's side is coming off a 28-7 victory over Gardner-Webb on October 1.  Quarterback Henry Colombi had two passing touchdowns in the victory. The redshirt senior from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has six passing touchdowns on the season.

Sixth-year senior Khalan Laborn leads the rushing attack with eight scores, averaging 5.5 yards per carry. Laborn has rushed for 731 yards this season, averaging 146.2 yards per game.

Redshirt junior Micah Abraham and senior Steven Gilmore lead the Herd's defense with three interceptions each. Gilmore's two interceptions against Gardner-Webb made him the first player since Rodney Allen against FIU in 2016 to pick off multiple passes in a game.
