Marshall Volleyball Opens 2022 SBC Tournament against ULM

Match set for 6 p.m. EST/5 p.m. CST in Foley, Alabama
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University volleyball team (9-19, 3-13 Sun Belt) is set for its 2022 Sun Belt Conference Tournament first round match against the ULM Warhawks (7-24, 0-16 Sun Belt) on Wednesday night in Foley, Alabama, at 6 p.m. EST/5 p.m. CST.
Wednesday November 16th

Series History:
vs. ULM – This will be the first all-time meeting between the Herd and Warhawks.
Marshall is coming off a weekend sweep of the Arkansas State Red Wolves last weekend.
Junior Lydia Montague ranks third in the Sun Belt with 109 blocks this season and has a team-best .301 hitting percentage with 254 kills, second most on the team.
Graduate student Macy McElhaney leads the Herd with 318 kills (3.06 kills per set) during the season.
With 355 digs, graduate student Kaitlyn Gehler leads the Herd and is averaging 4.28 digs per set, third most in the conference.
Sophomore Brynn Brown leads MU with 12 double-doubles this season, including three triple-doubles, seventh most in the country.

Cameron Rogers is fourth in the conference with 423 digs this season as Madeline Williams has registered 345 kills, eighth most in the Sun Belt.
