Marshall Volleyball Closes Regular Season Against Arkansas State

80’s Night on Thursday, Senior Day on Friday
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University volleyball team (7-19, 1-13 Sun Belt) is set to host the Arkansas State Red Wolves (7-19, 2-12 Sun Belt) Thursday and Friday at the Cam Henderson Center for its final two matches of the regular season.

On Thursday, we'll host 80's Night. Wear your favorite 80's attire to the game.

Friday night is Senior Night at The Cam. We'll honor Kayla Malec, Kaitlyn Gehler, Meagan Camden and Macy McElhaney in a ceremony after the game.

During Saturday's contest against James Madison, graduate student Kaitlyn Gehler recorded the 1,500th dig of her collegiate career while senior Lydia Montague collected her 1,000th collegiate kill.

Montague ranks third in the Sun Belt with 104 blocks this season and has a team-best .304 hitting percentage with 226 kills.

Graduate student Macy McElhaney leads the Herd with 272 kills (2.86 kills per set) during the season.

Gehler leads Marshall with 355 digs as she's averaging 4.28 digs per set, third most in the conference.

Sophomore Brynn Brown leads MU with 10 double-doubles this season, including three triple-doubles, seventh most in the country.
