HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University volleyball team (10-10, 2-4 Sun Belt) hits the road to Statesboro, Georgia, as it prepares for a pair of matches at Georgia Southern (13-4, 3-3 Sun Belt) this weekend.

PRE-MATCH NOTES

Marshall looks to get back in the win column after faltering to Troy in a pair of matches last week.
As a team, MU ranks 15th in the nation in team digs with 1,165 while sitting 24th in kills at 936 and 29th with 862 assists with all ranking second in the SBC.
Brynn Brown sits fourth nationally with three triple-doubles this season.
Lydia Montague's 79 blocks rank second in the conference, 39th in the country.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN

The Eagles fell in a pair of matches at home last weekend to Coastal Carolina.
Georgia Southern leads the SBC in hitting percentage at .265 and in blocks per set with 2.62.
Ashlyn Lovett is fourth in the conference in digs per set (4.47) and fifth in total digs (268).
