PRE-MATCH NOTES
- Marshall's Bailey Fisher continues to be tied atop the league in game-winning goals. Her four are tied with App State's Izzi Wood for supremacy in the Sun Belt.
- Freshman Katie Porter scored her first career goal Sunday against the Mountaineers. Porter became the eighth Herd player to score a goal in 2023.
- The Herd has just one home match remaining in the regular season after Saturday. The team's final game from Hoops Family Field in the regular season will be Sunday, Oct. 22 against Coastal Carolina as part of a doubleheader with the men's team.

ABOUT THE PANTHERS
- Georgia State is 7-3-4 on the year, entering Saturday with 10 conference points.
- The Panthers are led offensively by Aaliyah Faddoul. Her seven goals are second in the conference and her 17 points are fifth in the league.
- GSU will be visiting Huntington for the first time in its history. The two sides met in Atlanta for the first time ever a season ago.
