GREENSBORO, N.C. – Marshall's Men's Golf team looks to end its fall season on a high note, taking part in the Bryan National Collegiate in Browns Summit, North Carolina, starting Sunday.
The 54-hole event features two days of action with 27 holes being played each day, starting Sunday. There are 13 teams taking aim at the title in the inaugural event.
The event was supposed to be a three-day event, but weather implications on Tuesday forced tournament officials to switch the format to 27 holes on Sunday and Monday.
"I'm really looking forward to competing in the inaugural Bryan National Collegiate," Marshall Men's Golf coach Matt Grobe said. "It is a really good field and a great course. I think the guys are ready to finish off the fall in strong fashion."
Marshall's contingent of golfers will start from the 13th tee at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday.
The Herd contingent includes Ryan Bilby, Joseph Kalaskey, Clayton Thomas, Cameron Jarvis, Andrew Wyss and Ben Bridges.
