Jones leads Marshall group into 54-hole event in Maryland
BALTIMORE, Md. – Marshall's men's golf team heads back to the course this weekend at the Loyola Intercollegiate, hosted by Loyola (Md.).
The 54-hole tournament takes place at Palm Valley Golf Club and features 20 teams from across the nation who are looking to take the honors in the three-day event.
Action tees off at 7:45 a.m. on Sunday and keeps the same start time throughout the three days of action. Trophy presentation is scheduled for approximately 2 p.m. on Tuesday following the completion of action.
Marshall will be represented by six players at the tournament, led by Tyler Jones who is looking to build off the momentum of a strong fall season which he ended with a title at the Dayton Flyer Invitational.
Those joining Jones in the competition this week include Ryan Bilby, Christian Boyd, Joseph Kalaskey, Andrew Wyss and Kyle Mitchell.
