- Marshall is off to the program's best start after winning its fifth consecutive game to open the season on Friday, 2-1, against High Point.
- In the Herd's last 11 contests, it has given up just five goals, going 8-2-1 during that stretch.
- Matthew Bell leads MU with 12 points on four goals and four assists, with all four coming in the last two contests.
- Alvaro Garcia-Pascual and Marco Silva each have 11 points this season. Garcia-Pascual has four goals and three assists as Silva has tallied a team-high five goals and one assist.
