Do It For Daisy ALS Fundraiser | Championship Fund

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University Swimming and Diving team is set to host Buffalo for a two-day meet this weekend at the Frederick A. Fitch Natatorium. Friday is set to begin at 4 p.m. with Saturday starting at 10 a.m.

PROMOTIONS
Pack The Pool! We're packing the pool for ALS Awareness weekend! The first 150 fans will receive a t-shirt representing the colors of ALS.

Our duck toss will see all proceeds go to Do It For Daisy, a fundraiser going to the ALS United Mid-Atlantic in honor Head Coach Ian Walsh's mother who recently passed away due to the disease. The funds raised are specifically earmarked to support the ALS United Mid-Atlantic in-home care grant program as many exhausted care givers work full-time and desperately need help caring for their loved ones. In-home care insurance coverage is woefully inadequate and finding good, affordable care is extremely challenging. Your donation will help provide these families with much needed support.
