HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Entering the midway point of the conference season, Marshall women's soccer (3-5-2, 1-2-1 SBC) travels to Hattiesburg to face Southern Miss (1-6-2, 0-2-2 SBC). Kickoff from Southern Miss is at 5 p.m. eastern, 4 p.m. Hattiesburg time.

- Junior Bailey Fisher continues to be at the forefront offensively for Marshall, with a team-leading eight points and 28 shots, good for fifth in the conference.
- Junior Alexis Wolgemuth is third in the SBC with 39 saves. She is third all-time for Marshall with 10 shutouts.
- Marshall's Ebony Leckey is one of 10 players in the conference to have multiple match-winning goals. Leckey's match-winners included the late goal against Indiana State, and the opening goal against Troy.
