Herd Swimming and Diving Continues Season at FIU

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University Swimming and Diving team travels to Miami, Florida, for a meet against the FIU Panthers on Monday with diving at 3 p.m. and swimming starting at 5 p.m.

This is the team's first dual meet since November 9 in a 196-103 win over Sun Belt Conference foe James Madison. It is also The Herd's first team competition since November 21 through 23 at the House of Champions in Indianapolis, Indiana.

During 2024, Marshall has set 56 top 10 times in program history with six program records, including three during the 2024-25 season.

At the House of Champions, freshman Kseniia Luniushina, a three-time SBC Swimmer of the Week honoree, broke the program's 100 Backstroke program record with a time of 53.35 and the program record in the 200 Backstroke finishing in 1:58.20.

Madeline Hart earned her second SBC Swimmer of the Week award this week for her performance at the U.S. Open Championships, which included setting the program record in the 200 Butterfly with a time of 2:00.25.
