Herd Men’s Hoops Readies for Nationally Televised Game Against App State

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University Men's Basketball team (12-15, 7-7 Sun Belt) is set for an ESPN2 nationally televised game against the App State Mountaineers (22-5, 12-2 Sun Belt) on Saturday in the Henderson Center. Opening tip is scheduled for 6 p.m.

Nate Martin recorded his 14th double-double of the season on Wednesday.
The junior's 16 rebounds marked a career-high in the ballgame.
The Houston, Texas, native is averaging 3.82 offensive rebounds per game, 11th most in the country and leading the SBC.

App State is on a three-game winning streak after defeating Louisiana, 85-73, in Boone.
The Mountaineers play at ODU on Thursday night before coming to Huntington for Saturday's national telecast.
