HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — With three weeks remaining before the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships, the Marshall track and field teams compete in Virginia over the weekend.
The majority of the Herd will be competing at the JMU Invite in Harrisonburg Saturday, while five athletes - Abby Herring, Kylee Mastin, Ronnie Saunders, Tyra Thomas, and Evan White - will race at the UVA Grand Prix in Charlottesville on Friday and Saturday.

"After two split weeks I am excited to get the team back together," Director of Track and Field Keith Roberts said. "As the season progresses I am starting to see the people who have been focusing throughout the year separate themselves in regards to performance at the meets. Championship season is right around the corner. It's time for us to show who we are and what we are all about."
