Herd Cross Country Races At Elevation Friday At App State

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University cross country teams will travel to Boone, North Carolina for the Firetower Project Run hosted by App State.
The men's 8K race will be at 6 p.m. Friday with the women's 6K race at 6:40 p.m. The 8K Course map can be seen, HERE. The 6K Course map can be seen, HERE.

"This is going to be a great meet to test where we are fitness-wise," Coach Caleb Bowen said. "App State has a great squad on both men and women's teams so running against them will give us some great competition. I look forward to seeing who on both men and women's teams will step up and make up that top-5. I'm hoping it will be a battle for that 5th spot."
