Marshall Women’s Golf Wraps Up MountainView Collegiate

Herd’s final round one of tourney’s best at The Preserve in Arizona
TUCSON, Ariz. – Marshall Women's Golf wrapped up play at the MountainView Collegiate on Tuesday in Tucson, Ariz.
The Thundering Herd's final round team score of 5-over was tied for 5th among the 14 teams in the tournament – 5 of which were nationally ranked in the latest WGCA rankings.
Marshall was led on Day 3 by a pair of 1-over par 73s from Savannah Hawkins and Abbey Bull.
Hawkins was 2-under on the front side of the course and finished with three birdies on the day. Bull also had three birdies in her round.
Olivia Kochan and Emily McLatchey finished the event tied for 36th to lead the Herd. Kochan shot a 2-over 74 on Tuesday while McLatchey finished the day 3-over with a 75.
Marshall Women's Golf finished 13th in the team standings and now sets its sights on the City of Oaks Collegiate on March 21-22 in Raleigh, N.C.
