COACH JULI FULKS

  • Head Coach Juli Fulks is in year two leading Marshall's Women's Basketball program. Fulks came to the Herd with a prestigious 400 wins while leading Transylvania to the 2022-23 DIII National Championship.
  • Fulks and the Herd set a program record with four postseason wins in its run during the 2025 Sun Belt Women's Basketball Championship.

PREGAME NOTES

  • After its 10-game winning streak, the Herd has dropped its past two on the road last week. Marshall will look to avoid what would be its first three-game losing streak of the season. MU rallied from a 20-point second half deficit Saturday at Old Dominion before falling in overtime, dropping its bonus period record to 2-1 this season.
  • Senior Timaya Lewis-Eutsey scored her 1,000th collegiate point in the Herd's contest last week at JMU. Following her third 30+ point performance of the season Saturday, the VCU transfer ranks second in the league in scoring, averaging 17.1 PPG.
  • Senior Leyocha Marigney is 4th in the league with 1.6 blocked shots per contest. She has led or tied the team lead for blocks in 11 games this season.

  • Southern Miss is 11-7 with a 4-3 league record. The Golden Eagles are 9-1 at home this season.
  • Head Coach Missy Bilderback is leading the Lady Eagles after the last two seasons with ULM. The team's leading scorer is Jakayla Johnson, a transfer from the Warhawks.
  • USM leads the all-time series, 17-13.

ABOUT THE WARHAWKS

  • ULM is 8-9 with a 3-5 SBC record. The Warhawks will host JMU on Thursday before meeting the Herd Friday.
  • J'Mani Ingram - an App State transfer - leads the team with 12.6 PPG, the only ULM player scoring double digits.
  • Marshall leads the all-time series, 3-1 including all three matchups in the Sun Belt Conference era.
