Director of T&F Keith Roberts' Herd is currently posting 30 separate Top-10 marks in the conference before entering the final meet before all the teams gather in Mobile, Ala. on 14.
"My personal goals for the meet are to get into scoring position heading into conference," said Cole Miller. "My goal is also to treat this meet like conference to mentally prepare myself for that atmosphere. Preparation this week was mostly focused on technique and speed. Following a large number of PR's last week, this team is ready to go. The progress has been great but we are not done."
"My goals going into this meet is to race from the front of the 5k and compete to win," said Maxton Sowers. "To prepare I've prioritized recovery and sleep as we get closer to the postseason. As a team, the momentum has become noticeable. I've been super impressed with this team from throws, jumps, sprints and distance, everyone seems focused and primed to peek at the right time. I have high expectations for both men's and women's squads going into the Sun Belt."
