JUNIOR SEASON (2011)

Played in 16 matches and started in six as a junior ... Fought injuries throughout the season ... Posted 17 kills and earned six service aces ... Marked a team-high serve percentage, with a 95.8 service average ... Took 252 serve receptions and only committed 10 service errors ... Finished with 120 digs and 2.18 digs per set for the season ... Recorded six blocks ... Had a season-high 17 digs against UTEP (9/30).

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2010)

Played in 30 matches and 113 sets ... started in 17 contests and was used as a versatile tool on defense and offense ... finished with 33 kills and 20 assists ... posted 15 aces during the season ... was second on the team in serve receives with 640 ... fished third on the team in digs with 325 ... had three matches with plus-15 digs, with her best performance coming against Morehead State (9/7) with 22 digs.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2009)

Saw action in 100 sets and was a versatile and key contributor in first season for the Herd...played outside hitter and stepped in played libero due to injuries...tallied double-digit dig performances in 15 games...had 10 games of 10-or-more kills...contributed five double-doubles...finished with 234 kills, 316 digs and 260 total points...posted a career-best 18 digs in a 3-1 victory against Rhode Island (8/29)...rocketed 17 kills and 15 digs in an outing vs. Charlotte (9/6).

PRIOR TO MARSHALL

Schad joins the Herd from Floyd Central HS...a four-year varsity starter at outside hitter and an Indiana 4A first team All-State selection in 2007 and 2008...three-time Hoosier Hills All-Conference team member...led the state of Indiana in kills (598) and kills-per-set (5.6) as senior...set a Floyd Central record with 1,502 kills...member of the KIVA AAU National Championship teams in 2005 and 2007...USAV Junior Olympics Open Division Champions in 2006...played for the USA/BIP Developmental Team, that captured its first ever Global Challenge Championship in summer of 2009... majoring in finance.
