Bio
2018-19 (Senior): Became the first Thundering Herd athlete in any event to win a Conference USA event championship, when she won in the hammer throw at the Conference USA Outdoor Championships with a throw of 57.18 meters…at the meet prior to that, she set the school record in the event with a top throw of 58.88m (193 ft. 2 in.) at the Kennesaw Don McGarey Invitational…she also set a PR in the discus throw at the C-USA Championships with a top throw of 43.97m, which earned a 7th place finish and team points for Marshall…set her weight throw personal best at the Qdoba Marshall Invitational with a top throw of 19.41m…recorded a total of five wins her senior year.
2017-18 (Junior): Became the Marshall School Record Holder in the hammer throw with a new top mark at the Catamount Classic on April 13 of 56.69 meters (186 feet) which broke the previous record held by Erin Compton since 2003…became the first Marshall athlete in school history to earn All-Conference USA honors in the hammer throw with her second place finish in the event at the Conference USA Outdoor Championships…earned three wins on the season, twice in the hammer throw at the Catamount Classic and the Virginia Challenge and in the weight throw at the Thundering Herd Invitational…recorded the second best weight throw mark in school history at 18.28 meters (59 feet 11.75 inches) at the Conference USA Indoor Championships.
2016-17: Did not compete due to transferring.
Prior to Marshall: Transfer from Iowa Central Community College...posted an impressive mark in the hammer throw of 52.12m (171ft) which was good enough to earn her 3rd at the 2016 NJCAA Outdoor National Championships. She was also a 12th place finisher at the 2016 NJCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in the weight throw with a mark of 14.47 (47ft 5.75in).
