Put together great final collegiate season after being granted fifth year of eligibility due to COVID year … One of three players to compete in all 11 events for the Herd … Played 32 total rounds … Finished year with a 72.84 season stroke average, good for second on the team … Shot par or better in 11 rounds … Top finisher for Herd three times … Had three top 10 finishes … Recorded 92 total birdies, good for third on the team … Opened season with a tremendous performance at the EKU Fall Intercollegiate (Sept. 3-4) scoring a 2-under 68 in both the second and third rounds, tallied season-best three-round score of 208 (72+68+68), finished with 11 total birdies including six in the second round … Was named C-USA Men’s Golfer of the Week on Sept. 8, following EKU … Tied for fourth at Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational (Sept. 13-14) to help Herd win home tournament for the first time since 1977, scored par or better in all three rounds (70+69+71) and finished at 3-under 210, tallied 11 more birdies with five coming the in the second round … Finished third overall to lead Marshall at River Run Collegiate (Sept. 20-21), scored under par in all three rounds (71+69+70) recorded a 6-under 210, recorded season-best 13 total birdies with five in the first round and six more in the second, helped team finish as runner-up … Led Herd at Mountaineer Invitational (Oct. 4-5), showed improvement throughout (76+73+68) tying season-low single-round score of 68 and jumped up 12 places on the leaderboard after the third round to finish tied for 15th, had 6-of-10 total birdies in the third round … Kept improving through Loyola Intercollegiate (Feb. 20-22) to score a 3-under 69 in the final round (74+72+69), tied season-high with 13 birdies … Dropped score in each round of Sea Palms Invitational (March 4-5) to rebound (78+74+72) and moved up seven spots on the leaderboard after final round … Recorded eight total birdies in two rounds at Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate (March 14-15) one round was cancelled due to weather … Lowered score by five strokes from the second to third round (72+75+70) to score a 2-under 70 to finish Irish Creek Intercollegiate (April 2-3), tallied eight total birdies … Had a great final round at the Conference USA Championships (April 25-27), lowered score by nine strokes to score a 2-under 70 (77+79+70) and jumped up 14 places on the leaderboard for strong finish to collegiate career … Competed in 15 events, 44 total rounds, in Marshall career … Three top 10 finishes for the Herd all coming in 2021-22.
