Appeared in 15 games while making 11 starts on the mound…finished with a 3-5 record, accumulating a 3.45 ERA and 71 strikeouts while issuing just 20 walks in 86 innings…hurled a pair of complete games, at Southern Miss (Mar. 16) and against Texas State (Apr. 6)…had five contests with at least seven strikeouts, including 10 at Louisiana (Apr. 13) and 11 against Georgia State (May 4).
2023 (Freshman)
Appeared in 17 games, including one start, on the bump...threw 22.2 innings and had a 3-1 record with 25 strikeouts...struck out a season-high five batters in 2.0 innings against Canisius (Mar. 10).
High School: Attended and played baseball at Lawrence County High School in Kentucky…finished his high school career with a 38-4 record, 253.2 innings pitched, a 1.4 ERA and 351 strikeouts…was a two-time 15th-Region Player of the Year…six-time All-District Team honoree…four-time All-Region Tournament Team…District Player of the Year and Preseason All-American two years in a row.
