2019 (Senior): Competed in 6/6 meets for Marshall, and became the fifth runner in school history to earn All-Conference USA honors in multiple seasons… finished on the All-C-USA third team for the second consecutive season when he finished 17th at the conference meet hosted by WKU in Bowling Green with a time of 24:52.9…also led the team at the Evansville Invitational in a 2nd place overall finish…set a personal record in the 8K with a time of 24:32.4…set a personal record in the 10K in his final collegiate cross country race at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals with a time of 32:17.0 … named to the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll for maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better.
2018 (Junior): Competed in 6/6 meets for Marshall, where he was the top team finisher in four of the meets…became the seventh different male runner in Marshall cross country history to earn All-Conference USA honors when he earned third-team All-C-USA honors thanks to a 20th place finish at the conference meet in Boca Raton with a time of 25:31.11…joined teammate Nick Schmidt as only the fifth duo to earn All-C-USA honors in the same season…led the team at the season-opening Queen City Invitational with a collegiate-best 5K time of 16:00.0, finishing in 28th overall…finished 53rd at the John McNichols Invitational with a time of 26:56.7…led the team once again at the Paul Short Invitational with a personal-best 8K time of 25:20.3 by finishing 57th overall out of 359 runners…led the team again at the VertCross Invitational with a 12th place finish and time of 25:56.77…finished the season by setting a collegiate 10K personal record at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals and time of 32:48.0. Named to the Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll for having a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
2017 (Sophomore): Competed in 6/6 meets for the Herd, finishing in the top-four in all of the team’s meets for Marshall…finished in 25th at the Morehead State Eagle Opener 5K with a time of 16:15.4…ran a time of 26:08.5 at the Commodore Classic 8K…ran a time of 25:52.2 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational 5-mile race…ran a time of of 26:06.25 at the VertCross Invitational 8K…ran a season best 8K time of 25:55.93 at the Conference USA Championship Meet…ran in 33:11.7 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals 10K.
2016 (Junior): Ran in all six of the team’s meets…finished 10th at the Morehead State Eagle Opener, where he ran in 16:04.4…was the team’s top finisher in his first collegiate 8K at the Commodore Classic in 38th with a time of 25:43.1…lowered that time at Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational in a 35th place finish (25:27.1)…ran in 26:46.69 at HPU VertCross Invitational…finished in 41st at the C-USA Championships with a time of 26:30.8…finished in 107th at Mid-Atlantic Regionals 10K with a time of 33:13.
Prior to Marshall: Personal Bests of 15:21.11 in the 5k, 9:26.31 in the 3200m, 4:19.69 in the 1600m, and 2:01.03 in the 800m. Qualified for New Balance Indoor Nationals as a senior in high school. Placed 4th in the West Virginia State High School Cross Country Championship. Was the state runner up in the 3200m and 1600m at the West Virginia State High School Track Meet. Member of the State Champion 4x800m Relay Team.
