2019 (Redshirt Senior): Returned from a season off to compete in 6/6 meets for Marshall…set two personal records, one in the 8K at the Louisville Classic with a time of 24:51.7…also competed in his first collegiate 6K at the Pitt Panther Opener with a time of 18:35.0….finished a season-best 4th at the Evansville Invitational with a time of 25:43.6…finished just three spots away from earning his third career All-Conference USA honors with a 24th place finish at the C-USA Championships…finished his career at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals … named to the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll for maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better.
2018: Did not compete. Took medical redshirt… Named to the Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll for having a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
2017 (Junior): Led the team in all six meets the Herd competed in…became the first Marshall runner to make back-to-back All-Conference USA teams since Matt Schiffbauer in 2010-11…finished in 16th at the Morehead State Eagle Opener with a time of 15:46.1…was the highest Marshall finisher ever at the Commodore Classic in 20th with a time of 25:41.2 in an 8K…ran a 5-mile race PR of 25:10.3 in a 16th place finish at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational…finished in 13th at the VertCross Invitational 8K with a time of 25:18.65…earned his third-team all-conference selection at the C-USA Championship Meet 8K with a season best time of 25:17.44 in a 17th place finish…ran a time of 31:47.1 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals 10K.
2016 (Sophomore): Ran in all six of the team’s meets, and was the top Herd male finisher in five of them…top finish came at Morehead State Eagle Opener 5K in ninth place with a time of 16:04.2…finished in 52nd at Commodore Classic (25.53.2)…finished in 35th at Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (25:27.1)…finished 12th at the HPU VertCross Invitational with a time of 25:28.84…earned 3rd Team All-Conference USA honors with his 17th place finish at the C-USA meet, where he ran in 25:12.9…ran in 31:41 at Mid-Atlantic Regionals 10K, finishing in 43rd.
2015 (Freshman): Competed in six events for the Herd, placing 12th with a time of 26:59.3 at the first event of the season, the Early Bird Invite (Sept. 5) … at the Commodore Classic, finishing with a time of 26:56.9 (Sept. 19) … at the Greater Louisville Classic, ending with a time of 26:56.95 (Oct.3) … at the Cross Country National Invite, finishing in 10th place with his best time of 26:14.3 (Oct. 17) … at the Conference USA Championship, finishing with a time of 26:36.6 (Oct. 31) … in the last meet of his season, the Mid-Atlantic Regional, ending with a time of 33:35.3 (Nov. 15).
