2019 (Senior): Competed in 6/6 meets for Marshall…competed in his first collegiate 6K at the Pitt Panther Opener with a time of 19:16.4…contributed to the team’s victory in the Winthrop Adidas Invitational with a 17th place finish and 8K time of 26:39.0…competed in the Conference USA Cross Country Championships for his fourth consecutive season, and finished his career at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals.
2018 (Junior): Competed in 5/6 meets for the Thundering Herd…began the season with a time of 17:25.5 at the Queen City Invitational 5K…ran in 28:07.5 at the John McNichols Invitational 8K…cut his time down at the Paul Short Invitational in 27:38.2…ran in 28:39.6 at the Conference USA Cross Country Championships in Boca Raton, Florida to conclude his season.
2017 (Sophomore): Competed in 6/6 meets for the Herd, finishing in the top-four for the Herd in five of the team’s meets…ran a time of 17:15.0 in the team’s opening 5K meet at Morehead State…ran a time of 27:52.3 at the Commodore Classic in the team’s first 8K…improved that time in a 5-mile race at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (27:22.1)…ran a time of 26:40.72 at the VertCross Invitational 8K…ran a season best 8K time of 26:14.95 in a 42nd place finish at the Conference USA Championships…finished third on the team at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals 10K with a time of 32:36.0.
2016 (Freshman): Ran in 5/6 of the team’s meets…finished 42nd in the Morehead State Eagle Opener with a time of 17:30.5…ran in 27:56.5 at first collegiate 8K at Commodore Classic…improved time at Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (27:20.8)…improved once again and set season best at HPU VertCross Invitational (27:11.14)…finished 58th at the C-USA meet with a time of 27:36.4.
Prior to Marshall: Personal Bests of 16:25 in the 5k, 2:06.29 in the 800m, 4:30.35 in the 1600m, and 9:54.53 in the 3200m. Was state runner up in the 2015 West Virginia State Cross Country Championships. Took 3rd in the 3200m, 5th in the 1600m, and was part of the 3rd place 4x800m Relay team at the WV State Track and Field Meet.
