2023 (Senior): Competed in all six meets for Marshall, setting three personal records...Opened season with a 19:58.2 at the VT Invitational...Set new 8k PR at home meet, racing a 25:46.1...Finished 32nd and second on the team at the Sun Belt Championships...Set a 10k PR at Mid-Atlantic Regionals, racing a 33:06.3.Â
2022 (Junior): Competed in all six meets for Marshall as a junior...Opened season with a 16:12.1 at the Mike Baumer XC Classic...Set new 8k PR at Louisville Classic, racing a 26:29.2...Scored a 45th place finish at Sun Belt Championships...Set a 10k PR at Mid-Atlantic Regionals, racing a 33:06.3.Â
2020 (Freshman): Competed in all three meets in the shortened season as the team’s lone men’s freshman … began the year with a personal record in the 8K with a time of 26:57.8 at the Louisville Classic … finished 18th at the Blue Ridge Open dual meet at Appalachian State two weeks later … competed in his first Conference USA Championships and finished 55th with a time of 27:12.0.
Prior to Marshall: As a senior in 2019, he was First Team All-State in cross country and is a two-time state meet qualifier … is a two-time state track meet qualifier in the 800m, 1600m and 3200m, holds a 5K personal record of 16:38.06, a 3200m PR of 9:57.51, and 1600m best time of 4:35.84.
