2016: Ran in all six of the team’s meets…finished in 27th at Morehead State Eagle Opener with a time of 16:46.1…ran in 28:10.0 at first collegiate 8K at Commodore Classic…lowered that time two weeks later at Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational with a time of 27:08.9…ran in 27:48.93 at HPU VertCross Invitational…finished in 53rd at C-USA Championships with a time of 27:13.7…ran 10K at Mid-Atlantic Regionals in 34:45.
Prior to Marshall: Personal Bests of 16:57 in the 5k, 10:05.81 in the 3200m, 4:29.22 in the 1600m, and 1:59.40 in the 800m. Two time West Virginia State Champion in the 800m, two time state runner up in the 1600m.
