Tied for 16th at West Virginia Amateur...16th at W.Va. Open (7th low amateur)...qualified for U.S. Amateur (sectional medalist) at Pinehurst (shot 78-75...missed match play)...averaged 74.67 in the fall...placed 8th at Rutherford Intercollegiate. 2007-08 (Junior):
Averaged 76.26 (second on team) for 35 rounds...best round (69) and best finish (t-14th) at EKU Colonel Classic...T-34th at Mid Pines...T-33rd at UT-San Antonio Intercollegiate. 2006-07 (Sophomore):
Averaged 78.93 strokes per round...best round of 73 came at Marshall Invitational (T-34)...placed third at West Virginia Amateur in the summer of 2006. 2005-06 (Freshman):

Tied for fourth at the West Virginia State High School Tournament in 2004 and was a member of the Class AAA All-State team with a 71.2 stroke average...was a two-time medalist at the Mountain State Conference Tournament and a three-time medalist at the Huntington High School Invitational...finished fourth at the 2005 West Virginia Amateur...in 2002, he was the West Virginia Junior Amateur Champion, and finished fifth at the 2003 West Virginia Amateur and sixth at the 2004 West Virginia Amateur...was the Junior Club Champion at Guyan Country Club in Huntington...in 2004 and 2005, he was a member of the WVGA Junior Cup Team...finished as the runner-up at the 2004 AJGA Bluegrass Junior and placed eighth a the Scott Robertson Junior in Roanoke, Va., in 2004...in 2003, he finished 13th at the AJGA ClubCorp Junior at The Homestead in Virginia.
