FRESHMAN SEASON (2024-25):
In his first collegiate year with the Herd, Shy competed in eight rounds with a stroke average of 77.4. Shy made an impact in his first round of his collegiate career, finishing at Even-par 71 in the opening round at the 2024 Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational. He followed that up with a strong 2-over 73 in the 2nd round of the tournament. Also finished T-40 at The Indy at Forest Hills.
