GP/GS: 53/53 … Came back for her fifth year after being granted the additional year of eligibility due to the 2020 COVID season … Swings a devastating bat that exploded in first full season with Marshall after playing a combined 50 games over previous two abbreviated years (2020 & 2021) … Led Herd with 20 home runs, tying the program single-season record set by Mya Stevenson in 2019 … Led team in total bases with 128, good for fifth-most in team history … Finished second on the team in batting average (.366), hits (59), runs scored (40), RBI (51), slugging percentage (.795) and on base percentage (.452) … Slugging percentage was seventh-highest in program history … Became seventh player with 50+ RBI in a season, teamed with Stevenson to become first pair of teammates with 50+ RBI in at Coastal Carolina (Feb. 18) … Started season-best 6-game hitting streak (Feb. 25-March 4) with a double against Kent State, one of just two hits in the game for the Herd … Scored two runs versus Howard (Feb. 25) … In second meeting with Howard (Feb. 26) reached base all five times with two hits, two hit-by-pitches and one error in right field, smacked a towering 3-run home run in top of the 26) … Hit a double and another home run (eighth of the year) in game three versus Middle Tennessee (March 27) … Blew up Charlotte in game one of series (April 1) with three hits, two bombs and six RBI, first home run tied the game at 3-3 in the third and second gave Herd 11-4 advantage in the sixth … Second homer was also 10th of the season, 12th different player to hit double-digit homers in a season … Hit another homer in game three of Charlotte series (April 3), tied the game at 3-3 as Herd came back to sweep series … 3-of-4 with a double, home run, two runs and two RBI in game one of Florida Atlantic series (April 8), hit solo homer in the top of the seventh to get Herd on the board, game went to extra innings and hit RBI double in the eighth to help push Herd to 7-2 win, home run RBI double in the first to put Herd on the board and later scored to tie the game at 2-2, later drilled 20th home run of the season to lead off bottom of the fifth to spark another Herd comeback after Charlotte scored six runs in top of the inning to take an 8-5 lead, MU went on to walkoff win … Recorded one final hit versus No. 3 seed WKU at C-USA Tournament (May 13) … Bat .400 in C-USA Tourn., slugged 1.100 … In collegiate career (Georgia Tech and Marshall) appeared in 135 games with 109 starts, bat .367, 133 hits, 76 runs scored, 20 doubles, one triple, 35 home runs, 106 RBI, slugged .718 and a .442 on base percentage … In Marshall career appeared and started in 103 games, bat .398, 130 hits, 74 runs scored, 20 doubles, one triple, 34 home runs, 102 RBI, slugged .777 and a .474 on base High School: Graduated from Bear Creek High School … Played for coach Kirk Klucznik … Was a three-year captain … Broke the Stockton area high school record for career home runs with 32 … Earned many distinctions during high school career including ranking fifth in the nation for RBI and first in California for freshman RBI in 2014, broke the St. Mary’s High School (where she attended her freshman year) RBI record in 2014, and won league MVP in 2014 and 2015 … Three-time San Joaquin All-Area First Team selection, a two-time All-SJAA and named the 2015 most outstanding offensive player … Armed Forces Athlete of the Year.
 
Personal: Born January 7, 1999 … Daughter of Kirk and Tiffany Pye … Has a younger sister, Ashley … Father played football (1990-94) at Grambling State University … Cousin Davion Berry played basketball at Weber State and scored over 1,000 points in just two seasons, then spent some time as a pro in Torino, Italy, in the NBA D-League for the Main Red Claws & Toronto Raptors, and currently in the Russian professional league with Enisey Krasnoyarsk … Majoring in sports management.
