Long was a four-time captain, a four-time MVP, four-year athletic scholar, four-year all-conference and all-area team member at Dixon High School … received defensive player of the year honors and led her team to regional and sectional championships … finished high school with 1,518 digs, 548 kills and 168 aces … had an area-best 561 and 520 digs in her freshman and sophomore season, respectively … has been involved with Sports Performance Volleyball, No Limits Volleyball and Fusion Volleyball clubs.

Born on January 8, 1999 … daughter of Duane and Stacy Long … has two siblings, Nathan and Laci … major is health science.
